Directions
- 1.Pat the chicken drumettes dry with a paper towel. Place the drumettes and the <seasonings> in a pot, then heat over medium-high heat.
- 2.Once it comes to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- 3.Add boiled eggs and coat them with the simmering sauce. Serve the drumettes and eggs on a plate, accompanied by boiled broccoli.
*For enhanced flavor, add ginger and garlic together with the drumettes. Use one clove of thinly sliced ginger and one lightly crushed garlic clove each; if using tube paste, add 1 tsp of each.
