Directions
- 1.Pierce the skin side of the chicken thigh 3 to 4 times with a fork to help it cook evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil (not included in the ingredient list) in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for about 2 minutes on the other side. Cover with a lid, reduce to low heat, and cook slowly until thoroughly cooked.
- 3. Once the chicken is cooked through, cut it into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with Mizkan Rich In Yuzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce and serve with your preferred side dishes.
