Mizuna | 1 bunch |
Toasted white sesame seeds | 1 tsp |

Directions
- 1.Cut the salmon into 1.5 cm cubes. Thinly slice the onion. Roughly chop the mizuna into 3 cm lengths.
- 2.In a bowl, combine the salmon, onion, Mizkan Rich In Yuzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce or Mizkan Ajipon Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce, and olive oil. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- 3.In a serving bowl, layer the cooked rice, mizuna, and the salmon mixture. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions, then drizzle the remaining marinade from the salmon mixture over the entire dish.
