Directions

  • 1.Cook the udon noodles, then rinse them under cold water to chill. Boil the pork slices and let them cool naturally. Quickly blanch the okra and slice into rounds. Thinly slice the myoga ginger.
  • 2.Arrange the udon noodles in a bowl, then top with the pork, grated daikon radish, okra, and myoga. Drizzle with Mizkan Rich In Yuzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce before serving.
