Directions
- 1.Remove the beef sirloin from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature. Slice king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise, then cut them in half lengthwise. Remove seeds from green peppers and cut into quarters. Slice eggplant into 1 cm thick rounds.
- 2.Season the beef sirloin surface with salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Grill the vegetables and mushrooms until cooked.
- 3.Heat a frying pan over high heat and add beef tallow. Once the fat melts, add the beef and sear quickly on the surface. Reduce to low heat and cook, flipping to desired doneness.
- 4.Wrap the cooked beef in aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
