Chinese Noodles (raw) (2 portions)
Ground Pork (100 g)
Sweet Bean Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Sesame Sauce Paste Type 250ml (8 tablespoons)
Chili Oil (2 tablespoons)
Cashew Nuts (2 tablespoons)
Sichuan Pepper (2 teaspoons)
Green Onion Shoots (2 teaspoons)


  1. Stir-fry the ground pork in sweet bean sauce.
  2. Boil the Chinese noodles.
  3. Pour the mizkan™ Kin no Gomadare (sesame sauce) into a bowl. Add the boiled Chinese noodles and mix well.
  4. Arrange the noodles from step (3) on a plate. Sprinkle the ground pork from step (1), crushed cashew nuts, chili oil, and green onion shoots.
