Ingredients

Cucumbers (2 pieces)
 
<Seasoning>
Red chilli (chopped) (1/2 a chilli)
Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
Grain Flavored Distilled Vinegar 500ml (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber into 4cm long pieces, and cut along vertically into 4 strips.
  2. Place (1) and <seasoning.> into clear-film bags. Remove trapped air as much as possible and tie up the bagg. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.

      *If pressure is gently applied to the plastic bag, marinating process will be faster.
