Apple Flavored Distilled Vinegar

Sugar

1 teaspoon

Grated Garlic

Directions

  • 1.Cut the onion, cucumber, and celery into 1cm cubes. Soak the onion and celery in water. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters (halve smaller ones).
  • 2.Mix the ingredients for the dressing, then toss with the onion, celery, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, boiled soybeans, and mixed beans. Chill in the refrigerator for about half a day.

*Tip: You can use your preferred type of vinegar for a delicious variation.*
