Directions
- 1.Cut the cucumber into 4cm lengths and then into quarters lengthwise. Slice the carrot into thin rectangular pieces, and cut the onion and bell peppers into 5mm-wide strips.
- 2.Place the vegetables from step [1] in a resealable plastic bag, pour in the 'Easy Cooking' Vinegar Seasoning, remove the air, seal the bag, and massage well. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
Notes:
・Store in the refrigerator and consume within a week for best results. For a fresher texture, consume within 3 days.
・Marinating time is not included in the preparation time.
・Do not reuse the pickling liquid once it has been used, as it becomes diluted by the moisture released from the vegetables.
