Directions
- 1.Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with soy sauce and black pepper. Coat the pork in beaten egg, then dust with potato starch. Deep-fry until golden.
- 2.Cut the onion, red bell pepper, and green pepper into bite-sized irregular pieces.
- 3.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the vegetables. Add the ingredients for the sweet and sour sauce, and once it comes to a boil, add the potato starch slurry to thicken.
- 4.Add the fried pork from step [1] to the pan and quickly coat it in the sauce.
