Directions

  • 1.Season the beef sirloin with salt and pepper.
  • 2.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook garlic over low heat, then remove the garlic.
  • 3.Cook the beef over medium heat to medium-rare doneness, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4.Arrange beef on a plate, top with fresh sea urchin, and serve with Mizkan Premium Yuzu Ponzu Jelly.
  • 5.Sprinkle with finely chopped sprouted green onions, and garnish with quartered cherry tomatoes and watercress.
