Directions

  • 1.Cut off one-quarter of the yuzu from the stem end and scoop out the inside with a spoon.
  • 2.Cut the scallops into four vertical pieces.
  • 3.Fill the yuzu shell with the prepared ingredients, then serve with Mizkan Premium Yuzu Ponzu Jelly and sprouted green onions.
