Directions

  • 1.Open the oyster shells, remove the oysters, and wash them thoroughly.
  • 2.Place ice in a serving dish and arrange the oysters in their shells on top of the ice.
  • 3.Drizzle Mizkan Premium Yuzu Ponzu Jelly over the oysters and garnish with yuzu and dill.
