Directions
- 1.Slice the scallops and shrimp in half horizontally, then arrange them alternately on a plate.
- 2.Drizzle "Mizkan Premium Yuzu Ponzu Jelly" and olive oil over the top.
- 3.Garnish with 1 cm wide cuts of sprouts and red shiso sprouts.
