Directions
- 1.Devein the prawns with heads on, then boil them in salted water. Remove the shells for easy eating.
- 2.Remove fibers from asparagus, boil in salted water, then immerse in cold water. Drain and slice diagonally.
- 3.Arrange on a plate, serve with Mizkan Premium Yuzu Ponzu Jelly, garnish with yuzu and edible flowers.
