Microwave Shrimp with Chili Sauce

Potato Starch | 1 teaspoon |
Sesame Oil | 1/2 tablespoon |

Mirin | 1/2 tablespoon |
Chinese Soup Stock Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Water | US: Approximately1/5 cup (50ml),UK: Approximately 50ml |

Directions
- 1.Remove the veins and shells from the shrimp, then coat them with the marinade ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- 2.Add the sauce ingredients to the shrimp from step [1], mix well, cover with cling film, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
- 3.Stir the mixture, then microwave again for another 1 minute and 20 seconds.
- 4.Wrap the snow peas in cling film and microwave for 30 seconds. Use them as a garnish on the shrimp from step [3].
"Notes:
To remove any odor from the shrimp, mix with potato starch and salt, then rinse with water.
Microwave cooking times are approximate, so adjust as needed."
