Sauce

Mizkan Grain Flavored Distilled Vinegar

1 teaspoon

Tomato Ketchup

2 tablespoons

Mirin

1/2 tablespoon

Chinese Soup Stock Powder

1/2 teaspoon

Water

Directions

  • 1.Remove the veins and shells from the shrimp, then coat them with the marinade ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • 2.Add the sauce ingredients to the shrimp from step [1], mix well, cover with cling film, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • 3.Stir the mixture, then microwave again for another 1 minute and 20 seconds.
  • 4.Wrap the snow peas in cling film and microwave for 30 seconds. Use them as a garnish on the shrimp from step [3].

"Notes:
To remove any odor from the shrimp, mix with potato starch and salt, then rinse with water.
Microwave cooking times are approximate, so adjust as needed."
