Onion (1/2 an onion)
Mizuna (Japanese Greens) (2 bundles)
Deep-Fried Tofu (1 piece)
< Dressing >
Sushi Seasoning 360ml (3 tablespoons)
Grated Raddish (3 tablespoons)
Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
Shichimi (Ground Red Chili Pepper) (Sparingly)


  1. Slice onions and soak in water. Take out and remove as much water as possible. Cut Mizuna into 4cm long pieces. Deep fry the tofu. Take out and slice into thin strips.
  2. Mix ingredients in (1) well and serve on to prepared dishes. Add <dressing>
