Ingredients
Chicken leg meat (1 piece)
Cucumber (2 pieces)
Cherry tomatoes (As Appropriate)
Lettuce (As Appropriate)
Ginger (finely sliced) (2-3 pieces)
Leek (1 piece of the green section)
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (As appropriate)
Or
Sesame Sauce with Roasted Nuts 250ml (As appropriate)
Instructions
- Add water, ginger and the green section of leek into pot and boil. Then, add chicken to cook.
- Let it cool down, Take them out and cut up into bite-sized pieces.
- Shred Cucumber. Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place both ingredients onto prepared dishes
- Place (1) on top. Decorate with cherry tomatoes. Serve with preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce.
