Chicken leg meat (1 piece)
Cucumber (2 pieces)
Cherry tomatoes (As Appropriate)
Lettuce (As Appropriate)
Ginger (finely sliced) (2-3 pieces)
Leek (1 piece of the green section)
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (As appropriate)
Sesame Sauce with Roasted Nuts 250ml (As appropriate)


  1. Add water, ginger and the green section of leek into pot and boil. Then, add chicken to cook.
  2. Let it cool down, Take them out and cut up into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Shred Cucumber. Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place both ingredients onto prepared dishes
  4. Place (1) on top. Decorate with cherry tomatoes. Serve with preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce.
