Ingredients

Chicken Thigh (1pc)
White fish fillet (3pcs)
Shrimp (4pcs)
Potherb mustard (1/2pack)
Chinese cabbage (1/4pc)
Onion leeks (2pcs)
Carrots (moderate amount)
Shiitake mushroom (4pcs)
Kudzu starch noodles (50g)
Spring onion (moderate amount)
Soup Base for Hot Pot (Yose Nabe) Straight Type 750g (1pouch)
Udon noodles (Frozen) (1pack)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken thigh and fish fillet into bite size pieces.
  2. Slice vegetables into bite size portion. Place kudzu starch noodles in a hot water until it softens.
  3. In a pot, add Mizkan™ Soup Base for Hot Pot [YOSE NABE] Straight Type and bring into a boil. Add ingredients that are slow to cook first such as chicken thigh followed by easier to cook ingredients. Add udon noodles to finish the hot pot meal.
