Ingredients

Salmon (sashimi) (200g)
Green shiso (perilla) (4 pieces)
Sliced onions (50g)
Rice (Serves for 4 large bowls)
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (As appropriate)
 
or
Sesame Sauce with Roasted Nuts 250ml (As appropriate)

Instructions

  1. Shred onions and rinse with water
  2. Add rice to bowl and place shiso leaf on top. Decorate colourfully wth Salmon and sliced onions.
  3. Serve with preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce.
