Shabu-shabu beef Salad
Shabu-shabu beef goes well with Sesame sauce. You can also serve with potatoes
- Cut Beef to bite-sized pieces, boil and allow it to cool down. Cut potatoes into semi-circles of 1.5cm thickness and place potatoes onto heat-resistant plate. Cling-wrap and microwave under strong heat. Allow it to cool down after that.
- Pick out the tender parts of watercress. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
- Place (1) and (2) decoratively onto prepared dishes. Sprinkle fried onions over and serve with preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce.
