Description
This seasoned ponzu vinegar is made from yuzu juice squeezed from the whole peel and seasoned with bonito and kelp dashi (soup stock). It is made from 100% yuzu grown in Kochi Prefecture, the largest producer of yuzu in Japan. It can be used not only for nabe dishes and shabu-shabu, but also for a wide variety of dishes such as tataki, salads, boiled vegetables, gyoza, grilled fish, and more. The liquid comes out only as much as you push the bottle, and it comes in a container that makes it easy to pour a little at a time, and the cap can be easily removed by simply opening the cap. It is convenient for use at the dining table.
