YAMABUKI Grain Flavored Distilled Vinegar

Yamabuki launched in 1957 and has been beloved for over half a century. It is a blended grain vinegar made with rice vinegar and sake lees vinegar. Rice vinegar is characterised by its mild taste, preserving the natural sweetness of rice, while Mizkan's traditional sake lees vinegar is known for its richness and deep colour. It is ideal for Japanese dishes such as red vinegar sushi (aka-shari), chirashi sushi, and mozuku vinegar.
*Please note that this product is for commercial use only. It is slightly different than the Mitsuban Yamabuki consumer product as salt has been added to prevent quality deterioration after opening from acetic acid bacteria in the air.
