YUSEN Grain Flavored Distilled Vinegar

"Yusen"was launched in 1949 and has been beloved for over half a century. It is a grain vinegar brewed with sake lees as the main ingredient. This red vinegar (sake lees vinegar) is known for its robust acidity and rich flavour, characteristic of Mizkan's traditional methods, and its unique dark colour. It is perfect for Japanese cuisine such as sushi. Additionally, it pairs well with Chinese dishes like sweet and sour sauce and sweet and sour pork.
*Salt has been added to prevent quality deterioration after opening from acetic acid bacteria in the air.
