KAMOSHIBI Sushi Seasoning
We use Mitsuban Kamoshibi, our specially brewed red vinegar made from carefully selected sake lees that have been aged in-house using a unique method. This sushi vinegar has a sweet and fragrant aroma, with the robust acidity and rich flavour characteristic of red vinegar. To highlight its flavour and colour, only sugar and salt are added, resulting in a subtly sweet sushi vinegar. With this one product, you can easily prepare authentic red sushi rice (aka-shari).
