SHIRAGIKU Sushi Seasoning
We use Shiragiku, a rice vinegar created specifically for sushi and widely used in Edomae sushi restaurants. Shiragiku is characterised by its mild acidity derived from rice and the rich flavour of sake lees. By simply adding sugar and salt, we have created a subtly sweet sushi vinegar. With this one product, you can easily prepare authentic white sushi rice (shiro-shari).
